MORBAI CHARTS/MAPS & MARITIME SUPPLIES is an
International Nautical Chart Agent of all reliable Hydrographic Offices around the world. MCMMS,
being a private enterprise, services the merchant marine and civil population within the Philippine Islands with navigational charts and publications of national & international
waters which are essential for the safety of navigation and commerce.
These charts are considered "official" in contrast to those made by
commercial publishers. Many hydrographic offices provide regular,
sometimes weekly, manual updates of their charts through their sales
agents. Individual
hydrographic offices
produce national chart series and international chart series.
Coordinated by the
International Hydrographic Organization,
the international chart series is a worldwide system of charts ("INT"
chart series), which is being developed with the goal of unifying as
many chart systems as possible.

British
Admiralty Charts (BAC) BA chart (BAC) is the
paper product of the UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO). It is one
of the most widely used nautical charts in shipping. Its
worldwide series consist of over 3,300 paper charts offering
worldwide coverage. BA charts consist mainly of Standard
Navigational Charts (SNC) from serial number BAC 0001 to 4999
and including 5500, 5501, 5502. These come in different scales
and are used mainly for navigation and passage planning.
Standard Navigational Charts are regularly updated and
corrected by the weekly Admiralty Notices to Mariners to
ensure they are updated with the latest navigational
information and thus enhancing safe navigation.

Australian
Charts (AUS) Australian chart is the paper
product of the Royal Australian Navy Hydrographic Service (AHS)
located in Wollongong, Australia. It consists of over 400 paper
charts covering mainly Australian waters and its surrounding.
Australian charts are updated by the Australian Notices to
Mariners, which are issued fortnightly.

Charts (NOAA/NOS) & (NGA) US charts covering
coastal US waters are produce by the US Office of Coast Survey (OCS).
It is part of the National Ocean Service (NOS) of the US
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The
charts are updated weekly by the US Notices to Mariners.
Selected US charts are available “Print-on-Demand” which are
up-to-date at the time of order.

Japanese
Charts (JP) Japanese charts are produced by
the Japanese Coast Guard (JCG) and distributed by the Japan
Hydrographic Association to its chart agents like MORBAI. Japanese
charts cover Japanese coastal waters, Pacific and Indian Ocean
regions. Selected Japanese charts are also available in English.
Japanese charts are updated by the weekly Japanese Notices to
Mariners.

produces the New Zealand charts covering mainly New Zealand
