Question: How do I pay my bill? Is there any options?
We had 3 options to serve you better :

  1. Pay on our main office. Located here.
  2. We offer free pick-up service.For more details click here.
  3. Payment through bank. (BPI , PCI and Metrobank).


Question: I payed my bill on bank why is it didn't count on?
You forgot to report your payment online, if you had time you can send your slip by fax 3380026


Question: How will I pay my bill through bank?
You can choose from any of our bank and deposit the amount of your bill on our following account number:

BPI            0145-2711-69
Metrobank  014-3-01451145-9

After making the deposit, ask the teller to give you a copy of the validated deposit slip. This will serve as your proof of payment so please don't lose it. Report it here


Question: How will I report my payment through bank?

  2. Fill up the payment through bank form found at http://www.thenet.ph/subscribers/report.html within 24 hours to credit the payment to your account.
  3. This is to ensure that your payment will be credited to your account. You should then receive a confirmation from accounting@thenet.ph that your payment is received.

Question: When I logged on March 31, 23:30 to April 1, 0:30 (1hr), When will my 1 hrs be included?
Since we cutt-off our billing cycle on April 1, 0:00, the session will not be included in March usages since during that time, April 1, 0:00, the system will never know when the client will log out, instead the 1hr will be included in April usage, starting April 1, 2000.


Question: When I subscribe in the middle of the month, how will I be billed?
Due to popular demand, we will adopt a pro-rated billing on the first month, if you start subscribing after the 5th day of the calendar month. If you subscribe lets say on or before April 5, regular billing would follow that is the whole monthly fee.


Question: How will pro-rated billing work?

  1. For regular plan, it will be base on number of hrs consumed round up to the nearest hr. for example, a plan 20 users who consumed 15 hrs1 min. will be billed 16/20 * 500 + 10% vat = 440.00
  2. For unlimited plan, it will be base on the number of days left in a month. for example the subscriber start on April 6, the mothly fee would be 25/30 * 2400 + 10% vat = 2200 (plus connection fee)

Bills Payment (Free Pickup Service)
:

Known for its user friendly services, The Net once again make payment of bills more convenient than ever before. The Net now offer free pickup services on all part of Metro Manila!!!

Every month, our men will be visiting your area on a certain day. We will email you the schedule of our free pickup services during the first week of each month. An example of a schedule of our free pickup service is provided below: (May, 2000 in particular)

May  6 - Quezon City/Kalookan
        7 - Valenzuela/Malabon/Navotas
        8 - San Juan/Mandaluyong
        9 - Makati/Pasay
      10 - Paranaque/Las Pinas
      11 - Manila
      13 - Special Requests (within Metro Manila only)

Should you wish to avail of this service, please call us or e-mail accounting@thenet.ph the following information:

  1. Your login name:
  2. Date and Time of Pick-Up: (please refer to the schedule above):
  3. Person to Look for:
  4. Pick-Up Address:
  5. Terms of Payment: (Cash or Check)
  6. Amount:
  7. Contact Number/Address:
    (this refers to the phone no. or e-mail address that we can contact to confirm your pick-up schedule)

Please send the above information before your scheduled pick-up dates(at least 1 day before) to avoid any inconveniences. Also for those who are going to pay in cash, please prepare exact payment, as our collectors might not have exact change. :

The Net and Metrobank tied-up to serve you better. Now, paying is easy. All you have to do is go to any Metrobank branch and do the following simple steps to pay your account.

  1. Fill up two deposit slips, one for the bank and one for your own copy.
    Fill out the details of the deposit slips:
